Located 9 miles south of Sioux Lookout on Hwy. 72 you can drive right to our doorstep. Here you will find the lodge and cabins nestled in a gorgeous setting along the shores of Abram Lake.

Vast opportunities both angling and otherwise await you at Anderson's Lodge. Just imagine the thrill of a "lunker" on the end of your line, diving into the depths of the "cool, sparkling" water. Reeling in Walleye one after another until your arms "ache"! You have an "eater" on your hook and as you get it to the side of the boat, a Northern surfaces from the depths to swallow his lunch — now you've really got some action!

Then, the flavorful aroma of your "gourmet feast" at shore lunch. Combing along the shore at lunch time for "drift wood" treasures. Watching a family of ducks quietly swim from behind one clump of grass to another along the shoreline. Tall towering pines, stands of poplar and birch trees, coupled with the sweet smell of cedar will open your senses to a whole other world. Picking wild blueberries, sightings of eagles, beaver, fox, bear and the majestic moose, truly make this trip a photographer’s paradise! The awesome sunsets with their sensational hues of oranges, yellows and pinks. The spectacular Northern Lights in all of their splendor dancing across the northern sky. At Anderson's Lodge you can fish for 5 different species all on the same trip — what an option! Fat, "mouth watering" Walleye, Northern Pike that lurk in the many weed beds just waiting to take a swipe at a "flashy" spoon, football - sized Smallmouth Bass, Lake Trout that feed deep below the surface of our sparkling lakes and the ever "elusive" Muskie. We have fishing to accommodate any skill level of angler — from novice to pro!

To enhance your fishing experience we offer easy access to 9 different lakes, with no portaging or flying and have our own private landing to access the legendary Lac Seul. Referred to by many as the "Walleye Capital of the World", Lac Seul is connected to the Minnitaki, Abram, Pelican, and Botsford chain of lakes. Little Vermilion, Big Vermilion, Maskinonge, Hooch and others are also easy access to increase your angling choices. Diversity of structure and habitat in these lakes, with depths up to 130 feet, and shallow bays at 4 feet provide for the unique variety of species that we offer you in both numbers and size. Unlike other lodges, you have choices in the type of package that will best suit your fishing vacation needs. We accommodate parties of any size, offering packages from 2 days of fishing through to a week — whatever will suit your schedule. You have choices in the type of trip you want, from complete service and amenities on the 21' Bowrider Package or our American Plan Packages #1 and #2, to first class fly in outpost camps. Now is that flexibility and convenience or what?

Our accommodations are first class, immaculately clean, new and tastefully decorated — no other camp even comes close! Dining hours — again choices, serving breakfast between 6:30 and 8:30 a.m., and dinner between 5:30 and 9:00 p.m. The meals are outstanding, prepared from fresh ingredients, with daily specials and choices from an a la carte menu.

We ensure quality with new equipment every year. Choose from 16' Lund boats with new 25 h.p. Mercury engines or 21' Bowriders with a new 115 h.p. 2 stroke Mercury Optimax and a 9.9 h.p. 4 stroke trolling motor. We also boast the largest and most experienced guiding staff in the area to ensure that you catch fish!
